Paul Meins is an independent actuary, specialising in the provision of actuarial and pension services to the legal profession, including involvement in financial remedies in divorce, personal injury and employment claims, and private client work.

Paul Meins is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute, a Master of Business Administration, a member of the Association of Consulting Actuaries and a Practising Member of The Academy of Experts. Prior to the establishment of his own practice in 1996, he was partner in charge of the actuarial practice of Coopers & Lybrand (now part of PricewaterhouseCoopers).

He has over 25 years experience of providing expert witness input into a variety of cases, large and small, for claimants and defendants, including: preparation of reports, reviewing other reports as an expert adviser or shadow expert, giving evidence in Court and acting as a single joint expert.
